Cervical cancer though preventable is the second cause of cancer mortalities in Nigeria essentially because awareness is poor and screening programs are not widely available. Serving the Cervix is a flagship program of HOW Foundation for cervical cancer awareness, primary prevention,screening and treatment of precancerous lesions in women 30-55years in Ogun State South West, Nigeria with HPV immunization provision for girls and boys within the age range 11-26 years. Clients with frank cancerous lesions will be referred to cancer screening centers within and outside the state.  The program expected to cover 30, 000 women over a 3 years period 2017-2019) will be piloted in 2 local government areas of the state ( Yewa North and Odogbolu LG) from July 2016 to June 2017.
